"It was clear from the start that this was a beautiful, yet neglected home," Nolen shared. "Our goal was to enhance its Art Deco style, keeping true to its roots."
The color palette, a subtle blend of pale yellow and green, pays homage to the original design, while the art deco patterns add a contemporary twist, grounding the home in its history.
"We wanted to celebrate its past while making it relevant for today," Nolen explained. "The final color choices are a modern interpretation of the original tones, with a unique twist - no white was used, staying true to the era."

The building, untouched for 50 years, required some drastic measures. The front curved porticoes had to be completely demolished and rebuilt due to concrete deterioration and water damage. Despite these challenges, the team was committed to replicating the original design, a testament to their craftsmanship.
"It's a labor of love," Nolen added. "Renovating a home like this is far more complex and costly than starting from scratch, but the results speak for themselves."
